Waynesboro DUI Lawyer Bob Keefer: Even state corrections officers get charged with DUI DWI

Junior Jordan, a Rikers Island jailer, has been charged with driving while intoxicated DWI and vehicular manslaughter in connection with a November 15, 2008 fatal car crash.

Officer Jordan admits that he threw down four Scotches before leaving for work late.

The crash occurred at 540AM.

Officer Jordan refused to be tested for alcohol impairment.

Officer Jordan's Explorer T boned the victim's Hyundai.

Officer Jordan refused the breath test but apparently was subjected to court order blood testing.
