Staunton DUI Lawyer Bob Keefer: Even directors of Animal Shelters get charged with DUI DWI

Jeffrey Hale, San Antonio Animal Care Services Director, was charged on November 5, 2008 with DUI.

Director Hale was heading up the plan to make San Antonio a “no Kill” city by 2012.

Director Hale was pulled over by police on Interstate 35 near Durango.

Police claim that Hale smelled of alcohol, had glassy eyes and his speech was slurred.

Director Hale resigned.
