Massanutten DUI Lawyer Bob Keefer: Even Deputy Sheriff's get arrested for DUI DWI
Stacy Donald Braun, a 38 year old Hennepin County Deputy, was arrested on November 11, 2008 for DWI.
Braun is on paid leave pending the outcome of this charge.
According to Wright County Deputy Chief Braun was stopped for erratic driving.
Braun was previously convicted of a lesser offense after being charged with DWI on New Years Eve in 1995.
I am sure Braun deserves to be on paid leave and to have had a previous DWI reduced; however, I hope regular citizens get the same treatment.
