Nicholas Joseph, a sergeant with the Greece New York Police Department, faces charges from allegation that he crashed into the rear of a pregnant woman's car, causing her serious injury and then fleeing the scene.This allegedly happened in June of 2008.
Police Sergeant Joseph has been charged with assault, possession of cocaine, Driving while Intoxicated, hit and run and lying under oath.
The lady's baby was born 15 months early due to the mother's injuries.
