Stabler, played for the University of Alabama before starting his 14-year NFL career as a quarterback for the Oakland Raiders, Houston Oilers and New Orleans Saints.

In June, 2008 Stabler was stopped for swerving in his lane in Robertsdale.

Stabler's doctor testified Stabler had arthritis.

Stabler refused to take the field tests.
